South Hem Shipping Policy

At South Hem we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. All orders placed within Australia are processed within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Standard shipping costs $9.95 and is delivered within 3–7 business days. Express shipping costs $14.95 and is delivered within 1–3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over $130.

For international orders we partner with Printful a global print on demand network with production facilities across multiple continents. This allows us to fulfil and ship your order from the location closest to you resulting in faster delivery times and a lower environmental impact. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows. Orders to the United States and Canada take 5–9 business days for standard shipping and 3–6 business days for express shipping. Orders to the United Kingdom and Europe take 4–8 business days for standard shipping and 2–5 business days for express shipping. Orders to New Zealand take 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–4 business days for express shipping. Orders to Asia take 6–12 business days for standard shipping and 4–8 business days for express shipping. Orders to the rest of the world take 8–14 business days for standard shipping and 5–10 business days for express shipping. Free shipping is available on international orders over $240. Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Where possible we use delivered duty paid shipping. This means import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery in most countries. South Hem is not responsible for any customs fees duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order contains multiple items fulfilled from different locations you may receive separate packages.

If your package is lost damaged or significantly delayed please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
